In 2025, Pilot proudly marks a defining milestone in the Vanishing Point legacy: the 20th Anniversary of the Capless Decimo. To honor this occasion, Pilot unveils the Decimo 20th Anniversary Limited Edition, the very first global limited edition in the Decimo line.

This release is more than a celebration; it is a tribute to Pilot’s beginnings. A century ago, in 1925, founders Ryosuke Namiki and Masao Wada set sail from Yokohama Port, carrying Japanese-made gold-nib fountain pens to share their craftsmanship with the world. That spirit of courage and discovery shapes the theme of this edition: Voyage, Challenge, and Pioneering.

The pen’s aluminum body is dressed in a stunning dusk-to-dawn gradient, shifting from deep indigo to warm coral pink, an homage to night yielding to morning light. Across the surface, delicate star patterns, applied with a rotary silk-printing technique, shimmer subtly under illumination. The result is a design that feels refined, ethereal, and symbolic of new horizons.
